Subscriptions
Our Subscriptions allow you to get the bundle products you love, month after month! Signing up for a subscription enrolls you in a multi-month program where you can get local beef, pork, and more. Subscriptions come at a slightly lower cost than our regular bundles and reduce the hassle of you having to place a separate order every month!
Bundle Boxes
We offer a small and a large bundle box option. These are great for filling up your freezer with a diverse range of cuts and roasts. Bundles typically include beef and pork however lamb is available to be added. Other customization is available, just talk to the Farmer!
BEEF
We raise Belted Galloway cattle. The breed originated in Scotland and is known for being hardy, and well suited for severe, colder climates. Belted Galloways are more docile and provide delicious lightly marbled meat. Our beef is grass fed, on pastures in the Spring, Summer, and Fall, and hay in the winter. Our grass is organic and not treated with any fertilizers or pesticides.
PORK
We raise American Yorkshire pigs. This breed, originally from England, is suited for cold climates and has a sound and muscular build, providing a high proportion of lean meat. Our pigs are raised on pastures and in the woods.
CHICKEN
We raise Cornish Cross chickens. These chickens are known for great taste and beautiful presentation when roasted. They are raised on grass and all natural poultry feed, without GMOs, hormones, or antibiotics. We rotate their pastures regularly.
Lamb
We raise Katahdin Sheep. The Katahdin breed was developed in Maine and named after beautiful Mount Katahdin. This is a very hardy breed, parasite resistant, mild flavored meat. Our lamb is all grass fed and free range.
